This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed and delivered.


📦 Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within:

  • 1–3 business days for in-stock items

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day

During high-volume periods (new drops, sales, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking details once it has shipped.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Australia (Domestic Shipping)

International (Outside AU/NZ)

Delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
Typical timeframe: 7–20 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country.


📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to follow your shipment’s progress

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.


🏠 Incorrect Shipping Details

MAHA ARCHIVE is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete details

If you made a mistake, contact us immediately at mahaarchive@gmail.com.
If your order has not shipped yet, we will update the address.

Once the order has shipped, we cannot make changes.


❗ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once handed to the courier, the delivery is outside our control.

MAHA ARCHIVE is not liable for:

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

  • Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or international processing

If your order is missing, please contact your courier first, then email us and we’ll do our best to assist.


↩️ Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failure to pick up from a collection point

  • Refusal to pay customs/import fees

We will refund the item(s) price only.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.


📬 Pre-Order Items (If Applicable)

If your order contains pre-order items:

  • The estimated ship date will be displayed on the product page

  • Your order will ship once all items are available

  • Split shipping can be arranged; additional fees may apply


🛒 Shipping During Sales / New Drops

Due to high demand, shipping and processing may take slightly longer during:

  • Massive restocks

  • New collection drops

  • Seasonal sales

  • Holiday periods
