📦 Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within:

During high-volume periods (new drops, sales, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking details once it has shipped.

If your order has not shipped yet, we will update the address.
Once the order has shipped, we cannot make changes.

Once handed to the courier, the delivery is outside our control.

We will refund the item(s) price only.
