If you believe your item is faulty, please note that the standard return conditions below do not apply. Faulty products may be returned for inspection and can be refunded or replaced at no cost.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that buying clothing online can be difficult. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we offer a flexible returns window:

New Zealand & Australia: Return within 30 days of receiving your order

All Other International Orders: Return within 60 days
A proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund or exchange:

Items must be in new, unworn condition

All original tags and packaging must be intact

Items must not show any signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Refunds & Exchanges
We offer:

Full refunds for eligible returned items

Exchanges for a different size, style, or colour of equal value (Australia and New Zealand)
If the requested exchange item differs in value, we will process a refund so you can place a new order.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and remain your responsibility until the item reaches MAHA ARCHIVE.
A tracked shipping service is recommended.
